If you have questions or concerns about Li'l Red Notebook or The SUM Program, please let us know by filling out this Help Request. Please include all the requested information so that we can suggest an appropriate solution.

If you are using MT Interactive (MTF&P), call Peason Education Technical Support at 1-800-677-6337 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.  You can also get support by filling out the Web form located at http://247.prenhall.com/mediaform.html. If Pearson has referred you to our Web site, please complete the Help Request form but let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already completed with Pearson.

Please note that if you do not provide a phone number or a working e-mail address, we will not be able to respond to your request.  If you provide your e-mail address, be sure to show the complete address.  Many e-mail providers set up spam filters that block unfamiliar e-mail, including Earthlink, MSN, Hotmail, and Yahoo. If you have the ability to preapprove or add domain names to a "white list," please add horusdevelopment.com.  If you don't hear back from us within 24-48 hours, check your spam or junk mail folder to see if our reply was diverted.
